Once you make your
selections from the Online Catalog, and select the 'submit order
button', you
will then be given two choices: Online Ordering and Offline Ordering.
Ordering Policies and
Procedures:

Credit Card orders
must have the same shipping and mailing address or the order will not be
shipped.

We are not accepting
International orders at this time.

A 15% re-stocking fee
will be charged on all returned or cancelled orders.

No COD's
Offline Ordering:
If you select
Offline Ordering, all your shopping cart contents will be added to a
form, which you can complete, print out, and then either FAX to
Bertworks at (209) 367-0888, mail it in to Bertworks at 219 E. Kettleman
Ln. Lodi, Ca. 95240, or use to phone in your order at (209) 367-0866. This is for people
without a credit card, or those who prefer to not use Online Ordering.
Online Ordering:
When you select Online
Ordering, you will be transferred to a form on the secure server. On
some browsers, it may indicate 'certificate mismatch' or some other such
error. This is due to the fact that the Bertworks secure server is using
the SSL certificate of the host. The connection, and your credit
information is secure. After you fill out the required fields, and
submit the order, you will receive an email confirmation with order
number.
After the Online Order
Is Placed:
The cart software
encrypts the order and credit information and transmits it to Bertworks.
Because it uses public keys to encrypt the information, and the
private key that only exists on the Bertworks secure server and only
Bertworks can read your information.
The order is filled and
shipped, and your card is charged the total shown on your order
confirmation, plus actual shipping charges. UPS ground is used for
domestic orders and the least costly means for all other orders. If you
wish to be informed of the shipping costs before the order is charged
and shipped, please indicate so in the comments section of the order
form.
